Job Title:      VISITOR INFORMATION CENTER ATTENDANT

Needed at the Warners & Pembroke Service areas on the NYS Thruway.  

The position is seasonal (center operated April 1 through October 31) and
part time.  The center is open 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday and Thursday,
10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Wednesday and 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM Friday, Saturday &
Sunday.  Applicants must be friendly and patient with a strong working
knowledge of the Finger Lakes area.  They will assist with routing and
provide information on participating facilities in the Finger Lakes region.
They will be responsible for stock control, keeping records and maintaining
brochure racks at the site.  Must be reliable and have basic computer
skills.  A clothing allowance is provided.
