Casa Larga to Hold 3rd Annual Hot Dog Taste Off

Fairport, NY - Casa Larga Vineyards will host its third annual Hot Dog Taste Off on Sunday, July 3. Last year, over 100 people came to the winery to try creatively topped hot dogs paired with wine. The 2016 event will take place from 11:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. during the winery's weekly Farmer's Market, held on Sundays from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

Old meets new at this year’s Antique and Classic Boat Show in Skaneateles, July 29-31, as watercraft dating back to the early 1900s nestle in the village’s newly installed community docks.

Explore 19th Century Food and Eating in New Geneva Historical Society Tour

Geneva, N.Y.: This summer the Geneva Historical Society will introduce a new special tour, A Taste of Rose Hill, focused on the history of food and food production at Rose Hill Mansion between 1850 and 1890.
