FLTA Travels Near and Far to Promote Visitation to the Finger Lakes Region, Come Promote with Us!

Year over year FLTA has attended shows where individuals are collecting information and making travel decisions. FLTA works to promote the region as a whole. Working cooperatively with the region’s counties and partner businesses, FLTA promotes travel and visitation to the Finger Lakes. AAA offers many shows and with AAA’s travel oriented focus, this makes a perfect fit to have partner businesses work with FLTA to speak directly to potential travelers. FLTA will be attending the following shows in the near future to spark potential business. Your business can get involved in two ways. The first level of participation can be to become a booth sponsor where a representative from your company can attend the show, speak to show attendees, distribute marketing materials, and receive contact information of leads that enter an FLTA sponsored giveaway. By receiving these leads, your business can follow up with those who stopped by the Finger Lakes booth at any time! The second level of participation is to send your brochures or marketing materials to be distributed. Your materials will be sure to go in to the hands of only those that are genuinely interested in the region and looking to travel. Please consider joining FLTA at one of the following shows to work cooperatively to promote the Finger Lakes region and showcase the amazing diversity available!

The Finger Lakes Tourism Alliance and Partners Launch the Brand New Finger Lakes Museum Trail

The Finger Lakes Tourism Alliance in conjunction with nine museums, attractions or historical houses have partnered to create the new Finger Lakes Museum Trail which will allow visitors to explore the rich history and culture within the Finger Lakes region. The partnership is a project of the Finger Lakes Tourism Alliance and the Steuben County Conference and Visitors Bureau based in Corning, New York. "Visitors to the Finger Lakes will find that the region is steeped in culture, art, science and history. For example, events and developments in the Finger Lakes have had great influence on many notable national historical milestones," says Finger Lakes Tourism Alliance President Cindy Kimble. As a benefit to interested guests and visitors, the Finger Lakes Museum Trail is offering a chance for trail visitors to visit each participating museum location to win an overnight stay for two in the region. Each participating facility is also offering discounts on admission, gift items, or both. For more information on the Finger Lakes Museum Trail and participating locations, please View This Page
