1:00 – 4:00 P.M., Robert H. Treman State Park, Ithaca.

ARCHEOLOGY OPEN HOUSE. Come and join a Cornell archeology class as they unearth clues about our local history.  This is the site of the 19th century village “Enfield Falls.”  You will have the opportunity to watch the digging in progress and ask questions about the artifacts being found.  The Old Mill will also be open for touring.  This is a great event for all ages!  The dig site is in the upper park which can be accessed from NYS Rt. 327.

2:00 P.M., Robert H. Treman State Park, Ithaca.

TWO GORGES IN ONE.  Enfield Glen has rocky and wooded sections.  Explore both sections on this ½-mile walk to 115-foot-high Lucifer Falls.  Meet at the Old Mill in the upper park off NYS Rt. 327.
