BRISTOL VALLEY THEATER SWINGS INTO SPRING WITH FUSION

Naples, NY (April 23, 2008) – Bristol Valley Theater, Naples’ award-winning live professional theater, will launch their Swing Into Spring series on May 3 and 4 with Fusion, a family-friendly performance featuring a unique blend of side-splitting comedy, original music, and high energy juggling.

“This weather has everyone in the area feeling alive,” says Bristol Valley Artistic Director Karin Bowersock, “and Bristol Valley Theater has a lively line-up of May events that will energize audiences just as much as these sunny afternoons!”

The first offering of the theater’s Swing Into Spring Series is Fusion, featuring performers Matthew and Jason Tardy, the dynamic duo who have performed around the region as Two, High Energy Juggling for many years. Their expanded Fusion show has been presented at venues around the world and was recently invited for a third year to entertain at the White House Easter Egg Hunt.

“These guys are incredible—like nothing you’ve ever seen,” says Bowersock, “They will amuse and amaze you, no matter what your age. It’s a great show for the kids, but I think adults enjoy it just as much or more!”

Tickets for the performances at the theater at 151 South Main Street in Naples are $5 for children under 18 and $10 for adults. A Special Family price of $20 for the whole family (any size) is also available. Tickets are available online at www.bvtnaples.org, by calling 585 374 9032, or at the door.

The presentation is part of Bristol Valley Theater’s BVT for Kids Programming, and is sponsored in part by funds from Target Stores and the New York State Council on the Arts.

The Swing Into Spring series will continue with folk-singer Dave Ruch and the Traditional Songs of New York State on May 16 and the big band sounds of Jon Seiger and the All Stars on May 17. Tickets for these performances and subscriptions, gift certificates and tickets to the upcoming Bristol Valley summer season are also currently on sale.
