BELHURST WINES WIN FIVE MEDALS

Geneva, NY (April 28, 2008) – Belhurst Winery president Mr. Duane Reeder proudly announces the recent winning of a silver wine competition medal and four bronze medals from the 8th International Finger Lakes Wine Competition. This year, there were over 2,350 wine entries from 500 wineries around the world including 14 countries and 39 states. Belhurst Winery has now won 55 Wine Medals.

A competition that benefits Camp Good Days, the International Finger Lakes Wine Competition awarded Belhurst with a silver medal for its Golden Pheasant Sevyal-Chardonnay blend and bronze medals for Belhurst Cayuga, Belhurst Riesling, Belhurst Pinto Noir, and Neptune, a white blend. The not-for-profit organization is dedicated to improving the quality of life for children and families whose lives have been touched by cancer and other life-threatening challenges.

“It’s gratifying to see these wonderful wines appreciated and recognized by the talented wine judges,” stated Duane Reeder.
