WHAT: Canandaigua Wine Trail Harvest Celebration
The Canandaigua Wine Trail hosts its first trail-wide event on Sunday, October 5th from 11am-4pm. Visitors will enjoy a different themed celebration at each of the six trail wineries. The self-guided tour offers wine & food parings, free wine tastings, winery tours, wagon rides and much more. A complete list of the participating wineries and their themed events are below.
The Canandaigua Wine Trail (CWT) is comprised of a diverse group of wineries (large and small), restaurants, wine tasting centers and unique shops, providing visitors with a full Finger Lakes experience. Formed in the mid 1990’s, Canandaigua Wine Trail is one of the smaller and most scenic of the Finger Lakes. The trail is just right for a 1-day trip with only 41 miles to travel the trail from Fairport to Canandaigua to Naples.

"A rendezvous with Riesling" - unveiling of the newly released semi-dry Riesling, wine tasting along with cheese, fruit, and chocolate fondue. Enter a drawing for a Riesling gift package. Listen to great entertainment.

Harvest Weekend Perfect Wine & Food pairing - showcasing their famous overstuffed pumpkin cornbread apple stuffing, where their Reserve Riesling is the main ingredient and the other ingredients are grown in New York State. Visitors will be served a tasting of the outrageous stuffing, along with a tasting of the Reserve Riesling.

Winzerfest Wine Festival – a German themed event featuring tastings of Federweissen (2008 Young Wine) and the New 2007 Iona Rose paired with Zweibelkuchen ( Onion bread) and Sherried Wine Bratwurst specialty sausages.

Tastings of our New Inspiration Off-Dry Red Wine and Passion Ice Wine (Traminette) served in a complimentary wine glass. Wines will be paired with gourmet food sampling.
