Corning , NY  -September 16, 2008-  The ground level of the Centerway Parking Garage will be closed temporarily on Saturday, September 20th from 7:00am to 4:00pm for the Southern Tier Health Ministries Chili and Salsa Cook-Off.  The top floors will remain open for event parking.  Regular garage hours will resume immediately following the event.
