Press Release from the Phelps Arts Center For immediate release: The Phelps Arts Center, 15 Church Street in Phelps, is happy to announce that it is the recipient of a grant from The Milton and Sally Avery Arts Foundation, which funds efforts to promote arts education. This grant allows the Phelps Arts Center to offer scholarships to secondary students from ages 15 to 19 years for the various art classes offered at the center. The Center currently offers classes in Basic Drawing, Intro to Digital Photography, Intro to Digital Editing & Printing, and Handbuilt Clay.
