Grill 1-2-5 is partnering with award-winning Grist Iron Brewing Co. out of Hector, New York in the heart of the Finger Lakes region to bring couples a hand-crafted, 4-course beer dinner on the 28th. GIB boasts a unique variety of brews (all created on-site) made in the traditional American style with a unique twist. The proceedings will begin at 6:30 pm (reservations available at 607.962.5000 ext 127) and include the following menu pairings:
1st Course: Shrimp Toast points with Thyme Beurre Rouge paired with Ol Buddy Ol Pale Ale
2nd Course: Pork Belly with a pineapple kohlrabi slaw paired with Campfire Lite Lager
3rd Course: Crab Stuffed Shrimp with a citrus cream sauce paired with Life's Lemons IPA
4th Course: Wild Game Chili with Garlic Butter Toast Points & Manchego cheese paired with Scotch-a-locha Ale
