Chef Charlie has created a dish to pair with each of seven wines selected by the winemaker. This is Damiani's fourth wine dinner with The Marshal, and the first three sold out quickly, so get your tickets soon. $95 per person, tax and tip included.

First Course

Local shaved fennel, capers, arugula, and Upstate smoked trout with chili, NY grapeseed oil, Farmesan cheese, and bronze micro fennel


Second Course

Davis Vineyard Dry Riesling, 2016

Lemon gelle dressed waldorf salad of local apples, preserved cranberries, toasted local hazelnuts, local buffalo labneh and rooftop honey


Third Course

David Vineyard Pinot Noir, 2016

Hudson Valley duck meatballs a l’cerise; local ground duck, duck crackling, cherry reduction
