Watkins Glen, NY – Celebrate Father's Day a little early at our Friday on Franklin event on Friday, June 1 from 5-8pm in downtown Watkins Glen! We're even offering $2 off tickets for dads, but of course, the event is open to all. Be sure to follow us on Facebook and invite your friends and family. · Watkins Glen Area Chamber of Commerce featuring locally-roasted coffee by Seneca Sunrise Coffee
Enjoy live music by 3D, with an eclectic mix of instrumental music that draws from old-time, Americana, Celtic, folk, pop, jazz, and ragtime, in the courtyard between Glen Mountain Market and GRAFT wine + cider bar (6-8pm). In the event of rain, you'll find the live music at the Chamber Visitor Center.
This month we'll also introduce a loyalty card for our locals! Receive a stamp for each Friday on Franklin that you participate in. Collect 9 stamps and attend the 10th month for free! This event takes place rain or shine (see below for inclement weather policy).
It's just $10 to participate in the fun and dads receive $2 off their ticket price! Begin at the Chamber (214 N. Franklin Street) where you'll get your tasting glass, wrist band, and map of stops - then head out on your way tasting, sampling, and rocking through downtown! Friday on Franklin is a great way to kick off the weekend, all while supporting downtown shops and local businesses.
