Heartbeat of America Logo
Heartbeat of America: The Classics of Country at Bristol Valley Theater

From the mountains of the Appalachia to the glittering honky tonks of Nashville, country music is a soundtrack as unique and varied as the nation that created it. From Hank to Loretta. From Charlie to Patsy. From Dolly and Porter to Johnny and June. One evening can't begin to touch on all the classic songs and artists of country music...but we're gonna try!

Heartbeat of America: The Classics of Country plays from June 16th to June 26th. For more information and to order tickets, call us at 585-374-6318 or visit our website at bvtnaples.org!

Please note: masks and proof of vaccination are required for entry to all events. Thank you for your understanding!

Firefly Fridays

Fireflies, also known as lightning bugs, glowworms, or members of the Lampyridae family, are magical little creatures. Come join us to learn more about them and their powers of bioluminescence, right in their natural habitat. Bring your family for a guided evening hike across our Oatka Creek meadow, behind the scenes of the Museum.

Hot Glass
Past | Present Hot Glass Live Stream

Our exhibition Past| Present: Expanding the Stories of Glass shows how the stories that objects tell are always evolving.  Past | Present explores how objects reveal stories about people across time and place, and how the Museum can broaden voices and narratives in our galleries. The text in this exhibition—which emerged from dialogues among curators, educators, scholars, artists, and other community members—is only a starting point.

In these unique hot glass demos, our glassmakers are joined by Museum curators to explore ideas and create objects which expand on the themes found in the exhibition.

How to Join and Connect Live

Watch live on Thursday, July 14 at 5:30 pm EDT, livestreamed on The Corning Museum of Glass YouTube channel.

Unable to watch the live event? The Live Stream will be uploaded to YouTube. Plus, find hundreds of hours of livestreamed demonstrations on the Corning Museum of Glass YouTube channel.

This hilarious romantic comedy is a fresh twist on the Cyrano de Bergerac story. Travis Park, a modest high school English teacher, is falling for the new Korean American math teacher, Veronica Lee. Travis agrees to help Del find the right words to win Veronica's affection, but in the process all three discover what they are really looking for in their search for love.

Cowboy Versus Samurai plays June 30 - July 10. For more information and to order tickets, call us at 585-374-6318 or visit our website at bvtnaples.org!
