Learn what's behind the making of a Meritage (a proprietary term denoting a Bordeaux style blend made outside of the Bordeaux region).
Phil & Lauren will show you the ins and outs of creating a beautiful, age-able Meritage and will guide you in making a blend of your own that best suits your palate.
