The 1886 Food & Wine Experience, our most in-depth experience, is returning this season for our 6th year! Each day our most experienced wine educators will curate a comprehensive vineyard and cellar experience highlighting the best of our winery on each specific day.
Daily experiences may include:
* A vineyard tour offering detailed information on the current state of the growing season with instruction on vinifera, grafting, and the growing season.
* A tour of Chateau Frank, learning the history behind the building and about the process of Méthode Champenoise in our historic downstairs cellar.
* A tour of our barrel room accompanied with a tasting of a red wine aging in barrel.
Following the winery experience, you will enjoy a seated flight of 4 wines that are paired with creative local seasonal bites in our upscale 1886 Reserve Room.
