Buttonwood Grove's 2016 Cabernet Franc was recently awarded 90 points from Wine and Spirits magazine, being published in the upcoming February 2019 issue. This estate grown and produced wine was crafted from grapes grown during one of the best seasons on record. A hot, sunny summer was followed by a near-perfect harvest season with premium quality fruit. Hand picked from vineyards planted in 1999, it was aged in French oak barrels for 1 year, and bottled in December of 2017. Bright notes of black cherry and vanilla in the nose are followed by an exciting burst of fruit on the palate. Finishing with soft, smooth pepper, it's a favorite of staff and guests alike!
