Buttonwood Grove Winery Blanc de Franc and Rosé are back!

Apr 07th, 2022

You know spring has finally arrived when our Rosé and Blanc de Franc appear on the shelves! The 2021 vintages of these seasonal favorites were recently bottled and are now available in our online store.  Both crafted from Cabernet Franc grapes, they're light, fresh, and fruity, and ready for you to pop open a bottle and relax on the porch!  A new addition to our lineup is the 2021 Cabernet Franc Pét-Nat, a delightful sparkling version of our favorite grape.  For the dry white wine lovers, our 2021 Unoaked Chardonnay is a perfect summer sipper.  With no oak aging and less than 1% residual sugar, it's full of clean, crisp green apple, citrus, and pear flavors.  Stock up on these warm-weather favorites for all your picnics and BBQs!

10% off and $10 flat rate shipping on 6 or more bottles of any of our fine wines

THE CABINS OPEN NEXT WEEK!
It's a sure sign of spring when cabin guests start arriving!  As we close up the tasting room each night, there's nothing we love more than the enticing aroma of dinner sizzling on the grill, and the distant sound of laughter from around the campfire.  Get away from the hustle and bustle without the hassle - each cabin is equipped with a comfy bed, sitting room, tv, bathroom, microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, and coffee maker, and we even provide linens and towels!  All you have to do is book your reservation through our easy-to-use system, pack your bags, and let us take care of the rest!

PREMIUM PRIVATE TASTINGS ARE BACK!
We've got exciting plans for guest experiences during the 2022 season!  One of our favorites is our Premium Private Tasting, when we get a chance to really show what we're all about here at Buttonwood Grove.  During April, we'll be hosting this popular offering in our Barrel Room, then in May we'll move outdoors to our vineyard-side tent. Suitable for up to 20 guests, groups will be seated away from the hustle and bustle of our tasting room, where guests will enjoy 5 samples of wine. Participants can then choose an additional wine to enjoy by the glass, accompanied by a charcuterie board filled with a variety of meats, cheeses, fresh bread, and seasonal offerings. A guided tour of our production facility will give you a peek behind the scenes at where our award-winning wines are made. You might even bump into our winemaker or owners while touring the facility!  Pre-paid reservations are required a minimum of 1 week in advance and can be made on our website.

We've got lots of other tasting experiences available, too.  If you've never done a blind tasting, you don't know what you're missing!  Using elegant black Riedel crystal, you'll be presented with four mystery wines.  Our knowledgeable staff will help you use your sense of smell and taste to identify what you've been served. It's so much fun, and a great way to increase your appreciation of the subtle flavors and aromas of our artisan wines. A fifth wine of your own choosing will finish off the experience. Freshly baked Patisserie bread and artisan cheese will accompany your wine selections. Give it a try and expand your wine tasting skills!
