Cayuga Lake Wine Trail's Holiday event is back and better than ever!

Oct 11th, 2021

After having to cancel last year, the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail is pleased to announce the dates for their Holiday Shopping Spree event, held on November 20th, November 21st, December 4th, and December 5th.

Though it’s returning on the usual weekends surrounding Thanksgiving, attendees can expect a couple changes to this event. Gone are the grapevine wreathes and ornaments, and in its place is a custom Cayuga Lake Wine Trail cutting/serving board, engraved by a local company, Finger Lakes Laser. “After holding 26 full years of this event, we thought it was time for a change.” Explains Katherine Chase, Executive Director of the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail. “With the new flow of this event, we felt we wanted to hand out a different keepsake than various ornaments. This board can be used to cut and serve, and with the design we’ve chosen, it can be used year-round! In fact, you may want to use it as decoration instead!”

Though the item you receive is different, you can still expect to see the top-notch wine and food pairings, with this year’s food being holiday party-inspired that can be served and/or prepped on the board, as well as the shopper’s card that offers a discount at every winery. Top notch wine, tasty food, and an excellent experience is what you can expect at this event.

Tickets to Holiday Shopping Spree are $275 and sold as groups, or tables, of 4. Tickets are on sale now on the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail website: https://www.cayugawinetrail.com/event/2021-holiday-shopping-spree/
