Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery Eugenia's Garden & New Releases

Jun 03rd, 2021

Eugenia's Garden

Inspired by our first-generation owners, Eugenia and Konstantin Frank, we reimagined and recreated Eugenia's original garden area that she devoted her time to throughout her years.

This was her happy place - growing various flowers for the winery and growing vegetables for cooking small bites for her guests.

Fourth-generation Meaghan Frank and her siblings have fond memories of Eugenia's Garden. As children, they would play here, swing, and help pick flowers.

Eugenia's Garden is now open for casual enjoyment of our wines. We offer six curated flights, wines by the glass, and a seasonal cheeseboard.

Sunday Picnic in the Garden
Every Sunday from 12 PM to 4 PM enjoy an alfresco lunch outside in Eugenia's Garden. Around the Corner Catering will be offering seasonal menu items like Buddha Bowls, Sandwiches, Cobb Salads, and Charcuterie.

New Releases

Two new reserve Gewürztraminer wines make their release!

Winter Solstice Gewürztraminer 2020 | $39.99
This innovative wine utilizes the winemaking technique called Winter Fermentation. After harvest, the unfermented juice is frozen for three months then thawed and fermented during the winter in clay vessels over the course of 5 months. This wine shows Gewurztraminer's classic lychee, white flowers, and white pepper with an alluring twist of camomile, dried herbs, burnt orange and smoke. Powerful and seductive with a dry finish.

Winter Solstice 200 >

Winter Ferment Gewürztraminer 2020 | $24.99
This innovative wine utilizes the winemaking technique called Winter Fermentation. After harvest, the unfermented juice is frozen for three months then thawed and fermented during the winter in stainless steel. We stop fermentation leaving a slightly sweet wine. The process results in a wine with enhanced expression of tropical and stone fruits, a greater concentration of those flavors, and a fuller body.

Sparkling Reviews

Brut 2017  |  91 Points Wine Advocate  |  $24.99
Beautifully done, this seems fresh and balanced. It tastes great, but the acidity supports the fruit and always makes this seem dry and serious, not just fruity. There's a crispy finish with slight nuances of toast.

Brut 2017 >

Blanc de Noirs 2017  |  91 Points Wine Advocate  |  $39.99
This Pinot Noir shows off stronger fruit flavors, although it finishes very dry. The signature this year is certainly the acidity. The wine is light but bright and vigorous. The fruit is defined and lifted by the fine acidity that gives this a mouthwatering finish.
