Eastman Young Professionals Circle Announces Spring Networking Events

Rochester, N.Y., April 7, 2014--The Eastman Young Professionals (EYP) Circle will host two events this month that are open to all Rochester area young professionals. A networking breakfast with Hart's Local Grocers will be held on April 11, at the George Eastman House Curtis Theatre, and dinner at Salena's Mexican Restaurant followed by a showing of Punch Drunk Love in the Dryden Theatre is set for April 24.

EYP Breakfast with Hart's Local Grocers (April 11, 2014)
Hart's Local Grocers is an independent food retailer expected to open in downtown Rochester in May. Its mission is to build community, delight the senses, and connect Rochesterians to the region's greatest local foods.

This free networking event in the Curtis Theatre begins at 7:30 a.m. with a continental breakfast, followed by a conversation with Hart's General Manager Dean Sparks and Director of Communications Andrew Katz, from 8 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. To reserve a seat, young professionals can RSVP to eyp@geh.org.

EYP Dinner and a Movie Night (April 24, 2014)
Rochester young professionals are invited to a night out in the Neighborhood of the Arts. Dinner is at 6 p.m. at Salena's Mexican Restaurant and will be followed by a screening of Punch Drunk Love (Paul Thomas Anderson, 2002) in the Dryden Theatre at 8 p.m. The movie stars Philip Seymour Hoffman, Adam Sandler, and Emily Watson.

Film admission will be $8 ($6 for EYP Circle Members). Please register for the event by April 22 (so that dinner reservations can be secured) by sending an email to eyp@geh.org.
