Genesee Country Village & Museum Holding "Maple Curbside To-Go" Days!

Apr 03rd, 2020

Genesee Country Village & Museum will be offering its maple products as well as a take-out fish fry for a limited time this April. The Maple Sugar Festival may have been cancelled, but you can still get all of your maple favorites during Maple To-Go days. Brighten up your socially-distancing household, host your own Maple Festival from your kitchen, or use for Easter treats. Items available to order include Museum-made maple syrup, maple cotton candy, and maple cream, plus growlers of maple porter from Flying Bison Brewery and hard cider from OSB, pancake mix from New Hope Mills, Maple Festival t-shirts, Oliver’s candy, and more. All proceeds will support the staff and programs of GCV&M.

Also available on Friday, April 10 only, the Museum’s Depot restaurant will have a fish fry available. Order ahead, and take home a Fat Ox Ale-battered fried haddock, french fries, and cole slaw for just $12.

Orders will be taken online at gcv.org, and will be accepted until 12 pm on Wednesday, April 8. When ordering, guests can select to pick up their orders either Thursday, April 9 from 9 am-1 pm or Friday, April 10, from 2-6 pm. At the designated day and time, customers can pull up to the front of the Flint Hill Store, and staff will load the packages into the car. There is also a discount available for GCV&M members, who will receive 10% off their entire order. Members are asked to contact the museum for discount code information.
