Our weekly blog articles examine various aspects of Geneva’s stories. Our most recent blog looks at the story of Phineas Prouty, whose family once lived in the Prouty-Chew House.

Spring Support Campaign

Geneva native Gloria Peek is a boxing pioneer. The first woman coach certified at the highest level, she worked the 2004 Olympic training camp and coached the 2011 Pan American Games team. In 2012 Gloria became the first woman to coach the United States Olympic boxing team.

Gloria is one of Geneva's innovators profiled in our latest exhibit. Her story is part of Geneva’s rich and diverse history. Whether it is through programs, exhibits, collections, or online content, we tell Geneva’s stories. To continue sharing these stories, we need your help, and we ask that you to contribute to our Spring Support Campaign.
