Get the Booster at Destiny USA

Just in time for the holidays, COVID-19 Boosters and Vaccinations will be available at Destiny USA! In partnership with New York State Governor Kathy Hochul, New York State Department of Health, and VIP StarNetwork, Destiny USA announces the FREE pop-up clinic will be accessible to the public just before Christmas.

• LOCATION: Destiny USA, Canyon
• DATE: Thursday, December 23, 2021
• TIME: 12PM - 7PM
• ELIGIBILITY:
  • 12yrs + are eligible for vaccines.
  • 16yrs + are eligible for boosters

If available, guests are encouraged to bring their insurance cards and current vaccination cards. Parental consent is required for children under the age of 18.

Mall employees, guests, and community members are encouraged to utilize the clinic to receive boosters or vaccines. Appointments are suggested, but walk-ups will be accepted.
