Corning, NY - Corning’s Gaffer District is very excited to share that the Buy Now, Shop Later promotion launched a few weeks ago is about to get a tremendous boost! Corning Enterprises announced that they will match all gift card purchases to participating businesses dollar for dollar through the end of April, including those already made.

The Buy Now, Shop Later program was launched to help Gaffer District businesses with cash flow in this unprecedented time of uncertainty and financial stress. Every dollar purchased in gift cards and certificates goes directly and rapidly to the businesses participating.
The response to the program from throughout the region and beyond has been wonderful, according to Coleen Fabrizi, executive director of Corning’s Gaffer District.
“The consumer’s response to our Buy Now, Shop Later program has been a bright spot in these turbulent times,” said Fabrizi. “The business owners are overwhelmed with appreciation when the future is so difficult to define. Every purchase is an investment in our downtown economy and a reminder of why we are known as a beloved #Shoplocal destination.”
