Aurora, N.Y.— The Aurora Inn Dining room is thrilled to announce changes to its celebrated brunch menu. A serious bastion of the Finger Lakes Brunch experience, the Aurora Inn Dining Room’s brunch menu features classic favorites such as Crab Cakes Benedict, house-made Bloody Marys, and Chicken and Biscuits. The highly-praised menu, however, has been updated to much fanfare—adding a new twist to the celebrate French toast and pancakes entrées. A full menu follows.
The newly-revealed French toast now features brioche encrusted with house-made hazelnut granola, and features lemon curd and strawberries. A refreshing update from traditional French toast, Chef Matt McGarry feels that the new preparation is more refined. A proponent of locally sourced ingredients, McGarry adds that “we use both organic oats and local apples on the pancakes,” – a welcome revitalization of an old favorite, which features not only caramelized apples and organic oats, but also maple mascarpone.
