Lake Effect Cheddar
Lake Effect Cheddar is made from extremely fresh (the cheese is usually made the day of milking) local raw cow's milk. Lake Effect Cheddar is typically aged for 6 months and exhibits a nice blend of traditional cheddar 'sharpness' as well as a pleasing nuttiness that is rare in American Cheddars. This cheese is ideal for either a cheeseboard or the kitchen
Blue Yonder
Blue Yonder is a raw, cow's milk blue cheese. Blue Yonder is creamy blue cheese that is both subtle, complex and approachable. While the rich Holstein milk that it is made from gives the paste a lovely yellow color, it is marbled throughout with pockets and veins of deep blue.
