Welcome to the Penn Yan 2022 Scarecrow Contest! This event is intended to bring a lot of fun and array of color to an already beautiful season - Autumn! This event is open to all ages, individuals, clubs, organizations, groups, and businesses. Entry is FREE.
ENTRY DUE DATE IS OCTOBER 7th
Scarecrows will be displayed along Main Street, Elm Street or at your business/home if you let us know where! Scarecrows should be on display October 13th - November 6th.
Chamber Staff will come around and take photos of your scarecrow. Voting will be on the Chamber of Commerce Facebook page October 14th - October 28th.
Winners are announced on Halloween, Monday, October 31st.
There will be cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place winners.
