This note is to all clubs in the Broome/Tioga Region. The annual pond fest provides a winter event for families while raising funds for critical services providers, especially The Mental Health Association of the Southern Tier. They are looking for volunteers for this event.

COVID presented a double challenge to mental health providers. Mental health needs accelerated while resources for service providers declined.
