Founded in 1919, Finger Lakes Tourism Alliance is recognized as one of the longest standing destination marketing organizations in the United States. We are an association of private-sector attractions, tourism-related businesses and county tourism offices working together to enhance and promote visitor businesses for the 9,000 square-mile Finger Lakes region of New York State.

Meghan Lawton, President & CEO MeghanL@fingerlakes.org
Meghan Lawton was selected as Finger Lakes Tourism Alliance's new President & CEO and began her new role with the organization in mid-March 2023. Meghan has strong ties to the Finger Lakes region both as a resident and as a part of the tourism industry in both Wyoming and Cortland counties, as well as a strong affiliation within the industry statewide as a part of the New York State Tourism Industry Association.

Suzanne is an experienced first point of contact for the public in need of tourism information and plays a direct role in organization of daily operations. Suzanne resides in Penn Yan.
Jason Jordan, Manager of Social Media & Communications JasonJ@fingerlakes.org
Jason joined FTLA in February of 2022 with a diverse background in the areas of nonprofit organization management, journalism, public relations and public policy consulting. In his new role, Jason leads the organization's multi-channel and approach public relations, social media and communications programs and facilitates marketing strategies. Former places of employment include Institute for Human Services, Inc., Gatehouse Media, Giesta Racalto LLC. Jordan holds a B.S. in Political Science/Political Philosophy from Syracuse University. He is a native of Hornell, N.Y. and now lives in Bath, N.Y. with his wife and son. The entire family are avid "Finger Lakes-people".
Mia Carlson, Manager of Partner Relations & Sales
Mia joined FLTA in February 2023 with an impressive background in outdoor recreation. In her new role, Mia will focus on attracting and retaining new partners and serving their advertising needs. Mia is a recent graduate of Champlain College in Burlington Vermont with a degree in Communications & Public Relations. Mia is a former competitive skier with Mercy. She is a native of Rochester and is excited to share everything the Finger Lakes region has to offer with the world.
