Glenn Ivers will speak about a book entitled Angels of Bastogne which he authored. A story about the courageous medical team of American Doctor, Jack Prior, MD and Belgian Nurses Renee LeMaire and Augusta Chiwy who together saved so many lives while under siege and bombardment in Bastogne, Belgium during the Battle of the Bulge in WWII on December 1944. Event is free and open to the public.
