Join us for our first ever SUP Yoga & Outdoor Sound Bath. Yoga postures will consist of passive yin style postures which will be held for five or more minutes. These will mainly affect the spine, hips and pelvis while specifically targeting the connective tissue. Regular Yin practice brings moisture back into the connective tissues, therefore lessening joint issues and enhancing overall mental and physical well-being. Then be serenaded on the peaceful waters of Canandaigua Lake with crystal singing bowls.
