Six chefs and a Roasted Pig. 

That’s the short story of al fresco flx’s [Zero Waste] Family Dinner, Monday evening, October 7 at Lincoln Hill Farms.

Samantha Buyskes (creator of the meals enjoyed at our inaugural event in June) will be working with chefs from Nolan’s, Simply Crepes, Café Sol, New York Kitchen, Newbury Park Pastries and Lake to Lake Meats to create an evening of regionally-sourced, comfortable and delicious food. Heron Hill, Young Lion Brewing, Star Cider and The Dalai Java will be pouring. 

[Zero Waste] means that we’re working to make this evening kind to the environment, so please bring your own reusable tableware and drinkware! It’s a fun way to express yourself, and reduce post-consumer waste. Need inspiration or accessories? Consider Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore!

Join us as we gather together to share in the harvest, relax after a long, successful summer and get to know the masterminds behind some of our region’s favorite flavors!

Doors open at 5:00. Dinner starts at 5:30.  $50 per person (Chamber members save 10%)
