Seated at our outdoor fire cauldrons, you'll start your visit with an appetizing ploughman's plate of Irish cheddar, chutney, and fruit accompanied by a sample of one of our recent NY Wine Classic Gold Medal winners. Warm up with a steaming bowl of hearty Irish stew or creamy cauliflower soup, accompanied by Irish soda bread and your choice of a glass of artisan wine from our extensive list. Your experience will be capped off by a guided tour of our production facility, including a tank sample of a not-yet-bottled wine.
Bring your snowshoes, cross country skis or hiking boots and venture out on a self-guided trek through our rolling vineyards, build a snowman, or simply sit back and listen to the crackling flames as you drink in the enchanting beauty of the changing seasons in the Finger Lakes!
