Seated at one of our fire cauldrons, you'll start your visit with an appetizing ploughman's plate of Irish cheddar, chutney, and fruit accompanied by a sample of one of our recent NY Wine Classic Gold Medal winners. Warm up with a steaming bowl of hearty Irish stew, accompanied by Irish soda bread and your choice of a glass of artisan wine from our extensive list. Your experience will be capped off by a guided tour of our production facility, including a tank sample of a soon-to-be-bottled wine and Irish Cream cheesecake.
Wear your hiking boots and venture out on a self-guided trek through our rolling vineyards, or simply sit back and listen to the crackling flames as you drink in the enchanting beauty of the Finger Lakes!
