Begin your experience at nearby Toro Run Winery, where you'll explore yet-to-be-bottled wine samples crafted in ancient-style clay and stone wine making vessels. A selection of sparkling and still wines will be accompanied by an appetizing platter of hearty breads, earthy cheeses, and chutneys.
Moving on to Buttonwood Grove Winery, guests will be greeted with our award-winning Riemer Block Riesling, harvested from our oldest vines. A highlight of the experience will be a special tasting of white, rosé, and red wines all made from Cabernet Franc, paired with a vivacious spread of crudite, fruits, nuts, and cheeses. Your tour will finish just down the road at Knapp Winery, where Chef John has concocted small platters of amuse-bouche to accompany an array of library Rieslings from the 2014, '15, and '16 vintages. Discussion of vineyards, vintages and wine making techniques will be a feature at each stop.
