Hand-Rolled Gnocchi Experience

Guests step into the Rose Tavern kitchen alongside the Executive Chef for an intimate, two-hour pasta workshop. The evening begins with a live demonstration before participants shape fresh ricotta gnocchi by hand while enjoying curated wine and cheese pairings. The finished dishes include mushroom cream sauce and pomodoro with burrata. Each guest will leave with recipe cards and professional techniques to recreate the experience at home.
