Live cooking demonstrations from Chama Mama Restaurant will showcase how to make the Georgian delicacy, Churchkhela, a traditional candy made from wine and nuts incorporating wines from this vintage at Dr. Frank Winery. A plate of their delicious Khinkali (dumplings) and a sample of Churchkhela will be included in your ticket price. Churchkhela will also be for sale.
