Maple Brunch at The Lake

Hosted in the Event Barn overlooking Canandaigua Lake, this lakeside pancake brunch celebrates maple season with a build-your-own pancake station featuring buttermilk, blueberry, strawberry and chocolate chip options topped with locally sourced maple syrup, whipped butter, warm berry compote, chocolate sauce and maple-honey yogurt drizzle. The menu also includes brunch classics like scrambled eggs, applewood smoked bacon, Bostrom pork sausage, herb breakfast potatoes, maple-glazed biscuits and seasonal fruit.
