Maple Sugaring Weekends @ the Cumming Nature Center!
Enjoy a locally-sourced meal with all-you-can-eat pancakes, sausage, and drinks. All served with real maple syrup, of course! Then, head outside for trail demonstrations that explore the science of sap and the long cultural history of tapping maple trees in our region. Your walk will end at the sugar shack, where you can see first-hand the process of boiling sap down to syrup and take a sip of nature’s tastiest sugar.
Maple Sugaring Weekends are taking place on March 21, 22, 28 and 29; the pancake breakfast is open 9am-1pm each day; the trail demonstrations are available 9:30am-1:30pm each day.
Tickets are $15/adult and $10/child (12 & under) and are available on the website here: https://rmsc.org/events/maple-sugaring-weekends/
*RMSC and CNC members receive $1 off their tickets!
