Every Sunday from 11 am to 2 pm, Radisson’s modern American restaurant, Grill 1-2-5, now features a piano brunch where patrons can enjoy live music and Chef Bill’s farm-driven menu.  Guests are invited to sit back with family and friends while the pianist tickles the keys and choose from an assortment of delectable brunch items, such as giant homemade cinnamon buns, brunch style bruschetta, Eggs Mornay, chicken and waffles, steak and eggs, and more.  In addition, an extensive hand-crafted cocktail and bloody mary menu will help win over even the most discerning palate.   Reservations are encouraged by contacting the restaurant directly at 607.962.5000 ext 127.

New Farm-to-Table Menu Offerings
Radisson Corning is continuing to elevate its food and beverage program behind the leadership of Will and Chef Bill.  By incorporating more local, farm-driven products, a new kitchen persona is beginning to take shape.  Recipes are being revised to feature the best local farms and purveyors.  In addition to some of the Finger Lakes most notable wines, Grill 1-2-5 and Market Street Social are now offering farm-to-table menu items, as for example the First New York State Cheese Board which launched on National Cheese Day (June 4).  The board includes Lively Run Blue Yonder – a bleu cheese from Cayuga Lake in the Finger Lakes, Muranda Cheese Company's Dilly Girl – a dill infused cheddar from a Waterloo, NY creamery, Old Chatham Creamery's Camembert – a slightly less fatty Brie style cheese from the Southern Finger Lakes area East of Ithaca, and East Hill Creamery's Silver Lake – an alpine style cheese from a creamery near Letchworth State Park – in addition to an assortment of accoutrements either house-made or from the surrounding area.
