The Gateway to the Southern Finger Lakes, Radisson Hotel Corning, has announced an exciting lineup of events on the way for the public to cap off summer and ring in fall. The historic hotel in the heart of the downtown Gaffer District is proud to present the following:
August 26 – 28: Slushies & Sliders
Market Street Social, Radisson’s casually chic outdoor dining and entertainment venue, will cool things down this August by implementing a new frozen drink bar specializing in adult slushies (non-alcoholic options available) to complement a new special slider menu. Options include: southern fried chicken sliders, fried oyster sliders, jerk pork sliders, fried green tomato slider, and traditional burger sliders. Slushies and Sliders offerings will be available from 5pm to 9pm each of the days.

- September 2: Blue Popsicle Day at Market Street Social
- September 15 – 19: Oktoberfest Kickoff with authentic German specialties at Grill 1-2-5, Market Street Social and Steuben Bar
- September 22 – 26: Fall Fire and Fine Wine at Market Street Social where guests can bring a blanket and reserve a fire pit (for 6-10 guests) and enjoy local cheese boards, local charcuterie and local wines
- October 6 – 10: "Smoketoberfest" – an Oktoberfest finale – featuring a variety smoked food dishes and smoked drink items at Grill 1-2-5, Market Street Social and Steuben Bar
- October 21: National Pumpkin Cheesecake Day at Grill 1-2-5
- October 27: American Beer Day at Steuben Bar
New F&B Hours of Operation
The three food and beverage outlets located at Radisson Hotel Corning have new hours of operation that run through the end of September. They are as follows:

Breakfast 7am - 10am Monday - Friday
7am - 12pm - Saturday & Sunday
Lunch 11am - 2pm Monday - Friday
Market Street Social (Worldly Small Plates)
5pm-10pm Tuesday - Saturday
Steuben Bar (Hand-Crafted Cocktails and Local Drinks)
4pm - 10pm Sunday - Wednesday
4pm- - 11pm Thursday - Saturday
