Thanksgiving Dinner at Radisson Corning gives families an afternoon filled of holiday nostalgia with three convenient seating times on November 23rd: noon, 2 pm, and 4 pm. The extravagant banquet plays off the hotel’s culinary emphasis: fresh, seasonal, and local products prepared with an artistic eye. Thanksgiving Dinner menu specialties include options such as: traditional roast turkey, orange maple glazed ham, New England style cod (panko crusted / beurre blanc), cheese & herb stuffed ravioli with house marinara, mashed garlic potatoes, candied yams, green bean casserole, butternut squash soup, mac & cheese, a dessert buffet, and much more.
