Celebrate Halloween at Waterloo Premium Outlets
Thursday, October 31 6PM-8PM
The Seneca County Sheriff Department is handing out cider & donuts at the food court while supplies last. Participating retailers will be handing out treats for all costumed children aged 13 and under. Participating retailers will have a sign in the window welcoming "treat seekers" to come inside for a Halloween treat.
