It's that time again, time to celebrate another completed grape harvest with a four-course wine pairing dinner.
Saturday 11/15/2025 6:30 pm. Each course served with a three ounce pour of wine.

Appetizer: Beef Empanada served with a chimichurri sauce paired with Runway Red
Soup: American macaroni and wine cheese soup paired with Reserve White
Salad: Asian noodle salad with sesame ginger dressing paired with 2023 Medium Riesling
Intermezzo: Blackberry Cabernet sorbet

Creamy coconut salmon with sweet peppers served over jasmine rice
