The program will be by Ann Wilbur, a retired Penn Yan school teacher who has spent time twice at the Annunciation House in El Paso, Texas. After immigrants cross the border and have been processed by Federal Authorities, they are dropped off by the busload at the Annunciation House’s Shelters. Anne has helped welcome and serve families seeking asylum.
This is a great opportunity to find out more details about what really is happening to immigrants and to ask questions to learn more.
