Watkins Glen, NY –The Watkins Glen Area Chamber of Commerce invites business owners to their upcoming Think Tank, Ask the Experts: Customer Service, on Tuesday, October 8th from 4-5pm.
This Think Tank’s featured speaker is Judith Rowe of Judith A. Rowe Consulting LLC who will discuss best practices for customer care, covering a wide range of topics related to this critical component of any business. Following Judith’s useful presentation attendees will be encouraged to ask specific questions about their business, enabling real world questions to yield useful, informed answers.

Think Tanks are held monthly on the second Tuesday throughout the year from 4-5pm.
