CORNING – Downtown Corning, with a special mention of the Crystal City event series and the Corning Museum of Glass, has been named as one of the best Christmas towns in the United States by Country Living Magazine.
Each year, Corning's Gaffer District transforms into a winter wonderland filled with beautiful decorations, friendly faces, delicious food, unique gifts, and endless Christmas nostalgia. "Being named on Country Living's list of the top 55 places to visit shows that the residents, visitors, and businesses of Corning celebrate the holiday season the way it should be: magical", said Coleen Fabrizi, Corning's Gaffer District Executive Director.
"What an extraordinary honor to be named a top place to visit for Christmas. The Crystal City Christmas events and activities have become treasured traditions. It truly is like stepping into a beautiful downtown and being filled with all the joy of the season," said Fabrizi.
