Syracuse, NY- The highly anticipated opening of Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill is here. The entertainment and dining venue on the third level of Destiny USA is now open.

There are currently 12 Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill locations in the United States, from Las Vegas to Foxborough, MA with six anticipated openings in 2013, including Syracuse, NY.  The restaurants reach a broad demographic of country as well as mainstream music lover.

“We have been inundated with questions and comments about the opening of Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill and I am thrilled to say that they are now open,” Rob Schoeneck, Destiny USA’s General Manager, stated. “The restaurant came out beautifully and we are excited to see this venue filled and full of fun this weekend.”

Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill is located on the third floor of Destiny USA and encompasses 20,000 square feet of space.  It is owned and operated by Boomtown Entertainment, LLC. This is the restaurant group’s first location in New York State; Destiny USA’s site includes retail space, a full restaurant menu, and private and semi-private booths adjacent to a live entertainment stage.

The restaurants are also known for their fun atmosphere, the Whiskey Girls, beer in mason jars, and, of course, Toby’s signature dish, the fried baloney sandwich. There is entertainment all week long with live music, plasma TV screens, private rooms for parties or corporate events, as well as a 95-foot guitar shaped bar.

Jason Wicks Band, a country music band, is scheduled to perform on Friday, February 22 at 9:00pm. Learn more about Jason Wicks Band here .

About Toby Keith
From his first single and No. 1 smash "Should've Been A Cowboy" to his latest album and Billboard Top 200 chart-topper Bullets In The Gun, Toby Keith has been one of the most consistent self-directed hit makers of his era. He's now in his 18th consecutive year having had a #1 single every year since his first release.   His next studio album Clancy's Tavern will be available globally on October 24. The collection's lead single, "Made In America," hit the top of the charts as one of the fastest rising songs in a long line of chart burners from Keith's pen. There is a viral video for "Red Solo Cup" off the Clancy's Tavern album that has generated hundreds of thousandsof views and almost as many stories. The song certainly lends itself to a fun video - and Keith wasn't about to let that opportunity slip away. Guests in the clip include TV host Craig Ferguson; sports icons Roger Clemens and Larry Bird; fishing guru Jimmy Houston; entertainers Jeff Dunham (with Bubba J), Carrot Top and Lance Burton; and fellow recording artists Sammy Hagar, Ted Nugent, Eric Church, Joe Nichols, JT Hodges, Carter's Chord, Rose Falcon and Trailer Choir's Butter. I Love This Bar & Grill’s signature drink, the Frozen Blue Mezcalita, is made with Toby Keith’s own Wild Shot Mezcal. “Blame it on the worm” is Wild Shot’s slogan; the drink comes in Silver and Reposado variations and is distributed nationwide and available at all restaurant locations.

At the core of Toby's unparalleled success is his songwriting, which has powered an astounding succession of hit songs. He has been the principle creative force behind songs that have competed and won at the highest levels of commercial music for nearly two decades – to the tune of more than 70 million spins on commercial radio stations worldwide. He has been honored by the Nashville Songwriters Association International with its Songwriter/Artist of the Decade distinction, and is a three-time BMI Country Songwriter/Artist of the Year. On its own, Keith's songwriting is a career beyond imagining, but it is also the foundation of a much larger entertainment presence. In the history of recorded music, artists exhibiting that kind of consistency and longevity are in an exclusive club. Keith, however, may be in a class by himself.

His albums have sold more than 33 million copies, ranking him among the top-selling all-genre artists on Billboard's Top 200 Artists of the Decade. Keith is also Billboard's No. 1 Artist of the Decade and No. 1 Country Songwriter of the Decade. His tours, long sponsored by Ford Trucks, have drawn more than one million fans each year for the last decade. His current Locked & Loaded Tour will replicate the feat as it continues its run that started at the end of June and will run through October. Keith’s international tour will launch October 31 in Edinburgh, Scotland.Hisroster of I Love This Bar And Grill restaurants continues to grow, and his recently launched signature spirit Wild Shot has become the No. 1 premium mezcal in the U.S. These, among other endeavors, have earned Keith annual recognition from Forbes as one of the top-earning entertainer/musicians in the world.

But Toby's most rewarding experiences, as exhibited in his continual devotion to them, come from giving back. Whether it's helping sick children and their families in his native Oklahoma through the Toby Keith Foundationand OK Kids Korral, or visiting American soldiers at forward operating bases in international war zones, Keith has never lost touch with the most important things in life. Surely that perspective and work ethic contribute to his ongoing success as a singer, songwriter and entertainer.
