Syracuse, NY – Destiny USA is proud to host its first “Wellness Weekend” community event series Saturday mornings November 4th through November 18th from 8:30 a.m. -10:00 a.m. inside Destiny USA’s first level Canyon Area. Each Saturday morning, Athletic Apex, Destiny USA’s newest health club, will lead a 45-minute high intensity workout, called Camp Apex, and feature wellness partners including Lululemon, GNC, Dick’s Sporting Goods, P28 and more with special health offers, demonstrations and giveaways.

Each Saturday event will feature a high-intensity, full body workout. These circuit-style routines target all the major muscle groups of the upper and lower body using a wide variety of equipment, including kettle bells, tires, battle ropes, hurdles and more. Every unique class is designed to burn fat, tone muscles and improve cardiovascular fitness all while sweating to today's top 40 music.
The three “Wellness Weekend” events will each have different fitness focuses, including:
- Saturday, November 4th — Focus: Cardio Endurance
- Saturday, November 11th — Focus: Strength & Functional Training
- Saturday, November 18th — Focus: Core-Centric Training
Each workout session will be limited to a set number of participants based upon class size and instruction. Sessions are only available for adults ages 18 and over. Concluding each event, participants can enjoy exclusive discounts and promotions offered at participating Destiny USA venues.
