| It's our popular Columbus Day Weekend 2-Day Open House, and we invite you to spend some time on the farms, sampling our cheeses, meeting our animals, and learning our process. Family friendly. No admission fee. Please use our map and plan your route in advance and bring a cooler to keep your cheese fresh as you tour and enjoy the beautiful fall foliage!

Open House Notes:
Shtayburne Farm and Hillcrest Dairy will NOT be open Sunday. If you plan to visit them during the Open House, schedule your visit with them for Saturday.
Shtayburne Farm will also be sampling and selling Saturday at Kirton's Farm Market on Route 414 in Hector along Seneca Lake.
Sunset View Creamery will be having self-guided farm tours and local vendors all day long, both Saturday and Sunday.
